All USERS and visitors of BudLodge.com agree they are age 21 and over. ALL HOSTS agree not to accept bookings by those under the age of 21. USERS that book agree not to book guests that are under 21 years of age. It is at the host’s discretion to reimburse any user that books under false conditions, including age. It is the host’s responsibility to confirm the age of all guests.
Providing Cannabis to Guests is Forbidden
Unlike hotels that are allowed to provide complimentary champagne, this is not yet legal for hosts to provide cannabis to those that book with them.
Smoking Area and Policies
Every state and country and additional laws may vary. Including the location of your facility. BudLodge.com, Inc. is not responsible in violation of the laws you must abide by in your area. By using this site, you agree to abide by the law.
Adding your facility (home, bnb, hotel, etc.) to BudLodge.com, Inc. you agree that you are in compliance of all policies and laws set in your area. This includes “permitted smoking areas”.
Any booking owner/host (home, bnb, hotel, etc.) must provide a legal acceptable area for cannabis consumption and/or any permits that may be required to do so. For places wishing to allow indoor smoking but have fire policies established, we suggest looking into Vape options that use batteries and do not require fire (match, lighter). Vape options are said by many to be helpful for those considered with smoke odor that may not be welcome or wanted by neighbors. Hosts should also look into where they are, and what the regulations are on public use of cannabis. Where legal, and should this be an issue, look into regulations that allow a smoking area free from visibility of neighboring areas, individuals to ensure you are following the laws in your area.
States & Countries of Legalized Medicinal Cannabis
Those in these areas may list on BudLodge. However, hosts should look into and consider speaking with an attorney prior to listing your facility. Hosts should consider HIPPA laws which may not allow a host to confirm the guest(s) have a legal medical card in their area. As well, should consider that issues that may arise if a guest does not have a medical card but stated they do.
USERS BOOKING WITH HOSTS
BudLodge.com, Inc. is not responsible for a host compliance with the laws, including any building, fire codes, business license and other issues that may not be followed by a host on BudLodge.
However, if you have a concern, please contact us and after investigation we will consider terminating a host account. This includes issues of discrimination.

BudLodge.com, Inc. is not responsible for verification of legal compliance, age verification of any forseeable or unforseeable issue by either the Host or the individual(s) booking or any additional individuals that may be relevant direct or indirect.
All users of BudLodge.com, Inc. agree to hold BudLodge.com, Inc. harmless in order to use BudLodge.com, Inc. All users of BudLodge.com, Inc. agree that they have consulted with an attorney and looked into the laws of compliance within the area they are hosting or booking, prior to consideration or actual use of the services provided by those on BudLodge.com, Inc.
All users of BudLodge.com, Inc. agree that the site BudLodge.com is simply a portal to find places and individuals that are cannabis friendly. However, that does not mean the place or individual is following the law, nor is it the responsibility of BudLodge.com, Inc. to determine or interpret the compliance of laws around the world and the abidance of those using BudLodge.com to provide services or obtain services by those using BudLodge.com
